Ingredients
Protein isolate from   milk   ; (protein isolate from   milk , emulsifier: lecithins) (63%) – Whey protein isolate from   milk   (25%) – Aromas – Cocoa (3.4%) – Low-fat cocoa (low-fat cocoa, acidity regulator;: potassium carbonates) (2.3%) – Anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates – Sodium chloride – Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide – Sweetener: sucralose – Pyridoxine chloridate – Vanillin. Can; contains traces of   eggs and soy.

Directions for use
A measuring cup provides about 7.7 g of proteins. The product can; be added to common foods or alternatively also consumed as a pleasant shake.
To prepare a shake, dissolve the contents of two measuring spoons (about 20 g) in 150 ml (or alternatively 3 measuring spoons (about 30 g) in 250 ml) of still water using a shaker.
We recommend up to a maximum of 3 measuring spoons per day depending on the activity; carried out and considering the other protein sources added to the diet.
