Mode ; for use
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 500 ml of still water. Take half a liter of drink for each hour of physical effort (up to a maximum of 4 effervescent tablets per day).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption can; have a laxative effect.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources, direct light and humid environments.
