Enervit Beta Alanine

Enervit Beta-Alanine   is a dietary supplement of beta-alanine, a precursor of carnosine , present in high concentrations in human skeletal muscle.
This plays an important "buffer function" against lactic acid, helping to reduce the acidity it causes, which occurs at high training intensities.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 tablets a day, equal to 1.6 g of beta-alanine.

Ingredients
Beta-Alanine (80%) - Thickener: hydroxy-propyl-cellulose - Anti-caking agents: dioxide of silicon, magnesium salts of fatty acids. It may contain traces of soy, milk, eggs.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
