The beneficial effect is obtained through the consumption of carbohydrates from all sources equal to a total of 4 g per kg of body weight, with an intake in doses to start within the first 4 hours following intense physical exercise and/or that involves muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles and to be concluded in any case within 6 hours following such exercise.

How to use
Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of a sachet (50 g of product) in 350 ml of water. Shake in a bottle by shaking well. Take one portion within 30 minutes of completing intense and prolonged sporting activity.
