Enervit Power Crunchy é; a tasty and crunchy bar made with gluten-free soy and oat flakes enriched with magnesium and vitamin C.
One bar a day is; source of magnesium, which contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. And; it is also a source of vitamin C, which contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C).

It is recommended to take one bar a day.
