Directions for use
To prepare Enervit Carbo Flow, pour 1 or 2 scoops into 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk, mixing Well. Alternatively it is; You can mix it with low-fat yogurt. Care should be taken to use water or milk at room temperature or lukewarm to prevent the cocoa flavanols from being degraded by heat.
Our advice is; to set yourself a goal, a race or a particularly tough workout and, in the 2 weeks preceding this goal, to take 1 scoop per day. Or, if the time preceding a goal is; 1 week only, 2 scoops per day

The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the quantities; recommended intake (maximum 2 scoops per day).

Isomaltulose (77%) * - Cocoa powder with reduced fat content titrated   8.3% in flavanols (degree of polymerization 1-10) (10.6%) - Maltodextrin (5.8%) -   Cocoa powder with reduced fat content alkalized (cocoa with reduced fat content,   acidity regulator;: potassium carbonate) (3.74%) - Thickener: carboxymethylcellulose   sodium - Flavor - Salt - Thiamine hydrochloride.
