How to use Take up to two gels during sporting activity. One gel provides 40 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio maltodextrin: fructose and 100 mg of caffeine. Warnings The product must be used in the context of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. High caffeine content (166 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Storage Store at room temperature. Shelf life with intact packaging: 18 months.
