How to use
Take 1-2 Jelly per hour of activity. One jelly provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a glucose:fructose ratio of 2:1 (â— post-hydrolysis of sugars) and is a source of vitamin B1 which contributes to the maintenance of normal *energy metabolism.
