Ingredients
Magnesium citrate; bulking agent: isomalt; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; acidity regulator;: citric acid; birch (Betula pendula Roth., leaves 50% and Betula pubescens Ehrh., leaves 50%) eg tit. 2.5% min. flavonoids, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) eg tit. 12% in rosmarinic acid, flavor; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium oxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruits) eg tit. 0.5% agnuside, saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) eg tit. min. 2% safranal and min. 3% crocins, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Modality; of use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day, preferably with the main meal.
Pour the powder into a glass and add 150 ml of water, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and take .
