Indications
Conditions that may benefit immobilization or ROM control of the elbow such as:
- distal humerus fractures
- elbow fractures
- proximal fractures of the forearm bones
- postoperative phase
- injuries and reconstruction ligament and tendon ion
- chronic instability
- collateral ligament reconstruction
- hyperextension
- biceps and triceps tendon surgery

Contraindications
The medical device is safe if used as intended.

Features
Telescopic brace adjustable in flexion / extension with handle.
Monocentric joint with locking and adjustment of the extension flexion amplitude (ROM):
- flexion: 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120
- extension: -30, -15, 0 , 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 Epicondylar pad.
Telescopic shells for forearm and arm.
Breathable internal padding with cell structure for greater comfort.
Straps with hook and loop fasteners.
Telescopically adjustable handle adaptable to the length of the forearm.
Handle covered in hand grip material, anti pronation-supination adjustable to secure the hand in Neutral position.
Arm strap with padded sleeve.

How to wear it
Open the brace completely
Adjust the length of the brace by lifting the special tabs by doing slide the forearm and arm shells and lock them in correspondence with the appropriate holes.
Adjust the length of the handle using the click &slide system
Close the padding of the forearm and arm using the locking straps Velcro.
To obtain the neutral position of the hand, adjust the orientation of the handle by sliding it on the special rail and fasten it with the two circular nuts
Pass the arm strap over the shoulder opposite the Injured limb, behind the back, under the armpit of the injured limb and close it with the carabiner hook in the eye of the handle buckle. Adjust the length of the strap for proper support.

ADJUSTING THE ROM
Place the brace in the required flexion / extension position.
Press the two buttons to adjust the flexion and extension, move them to the required angle and lock them with the appropriate safety locks.

Warnings and precautions for use
Store in a dry environment away from excessive heat and light.
Do not prolong use of the product without medical advice.
The product has been designed for use by one person only , do not use it on more than one person.
The product must not be used in direct contact with injured skin.
Do not use in case of allergies or hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
In case of problems in the ™ use of the product such as the appearance of pain or obvious local signs, remove overlo and contact a healthcare professional.
In the event of a serious accident following use of the product, contact the manufacturer and the healthcare professional in the area.
It is advisable, the first time, to have the the product by a qualified operator and carry out the subsequent positioning independently in the same way.

Washing instructions
Wash by hand in lukewarm water with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, wring gently, allow to dry horizontally. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not dry clean.
