Tenortho TO0304 Eclipse Universal Cervical Collar

Medical-orthopedic support ideal for stabilizing the cervical spine.
The semi-rigid structure is; made to be comfortable and well ventilated in order to ensure optimal immobilization and well-being for the patient.
The coating discs are initially modeled and this shape is maintained even after removing the product and its subsequent re -application facilitating patient recovery.
Furthermore, the foam coating minimizes pressure points, increasing patient comfort.

APPLICATION
Preparation of the orthosis :
1. Remove the back panel using the buttons on the size disc. Raise the front frame. Repeat on the other side.
2. Loosen the back panel straps using the button located on the back of the bounty disc and slide this towards the end of the strap.
3. Press the buttons located on the front and choose the best position; appropriate.

Application:
1. With the patient lying down and the head in a neutral position, slide the back panel under the patient's neck. Center the back panel with the straps between the ear and the top of the shoulder.
2. Slide the front frame over the patient's neck to the desired position.
3. Holding the shell part, squeeze the buttons on the chin rest and gently lift to the desired neutral position so that the patient's chin rests on the foam liner.
4. Snap the size discs on the back panel into the openings on both sides of the front panel.
5. Hold the front frame of the chin guard with one hand and pull each strap forward to adjust the size until the back panel fits snugly against the back of the neck. The lengths of the strap should also be on both sides.

MAINTENANCE
The semi-rigid part can Ò be cleaned with a damp cloth. The coating can Ò be hand washed in warm water (86 & deg; F / 30 & deg; C) with mild soap.
DRY AIR. Do not put the covers in the dryer and do not use other heat sources to dry. Contact your orthopedic technician if you have any problems or worn components that need to be replaced. Do not disperse in the environment.
