Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day in the week before the menstrual cycle, preferably in the morning; it is recommended to take 2 sachets per day during the days of your cycle. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml). Mix well before drinking. Any residues of non-solubilized powder inside the glass can be absorbed by adding a little water.
