Psyllium cuticle (Plantago ovata F.)
The cuticle of the seeds with its high fiber content, when taken with a sufficient quantity of water, produces an increase in the volume of intestinal contents with a consequent greater stimulus to defecation. At the same time, the mass of mucilage produces a lubricating layer which makes the transit of intestinal contents more ù easy. Thanks to the capacity of the fiber to bind water, è able to increase the consistency of the stool itself and consequently reduce the excessive loss of liquids.
Senegalese acacia fiber (Acacia Senegal)
It is an insoluble substance in the stomach and ferments in the colon with properties; prebiotics that stimulate the growth and balance of bacterial flora and intestinal physiological functions.
Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.)
It has activity; antispastic, stimulates both motility à intestinal by increasing both muscle tone and bile flow, è useful in the treatment of dyspepsia, can ò stimulate the secretion of pancreatic enzymes necessary for proper digestion and assimilation of nutrients. It is therefore an excellent remedy for abdominal cramps, flatulence, meteorism and belching.

Ingredients
Psyllium cuticle (Plantago ovata F.); acacia fiber from Senegal (Acacia Senegal); cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.).

Method à of use
The product is presented in practical single-dose sachets.
The combination of two types of soluble fibers (psyllium and acacia) with different speeds; of swelling makes the product, at the time of preparation, more ù fluid, facilitating its intake by the consumer.
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day or, as needed, up to 2 sachets, preferably one hour before a meal for cycles of at least 2 weeks.
Dissolve the contents of a sachet in any drink (still water, milk, tea, fruit juices, etc.), liquid food or semi-dense food (yogurt), mix well and take immediately, drinking to follow a further glass of water.
The product taken cyclically is; useful complement to the well-being of the intestine.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
Do not exceed the dose recommended daily.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
The product contains sugar alcohols: excessive consumption may; cause laxative effects.
