Fruit Dry Extract; Bulking Agents: Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate; L-Methionine; Nicotinamide (Niacin); L-Cystine; L-Arginine; Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1); Riboflavin (Vitamin B2); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12); Pteroyl-Monoglutamic Acid (Folic Acid); D-Biotin; Calcium D-Pantothenate (Pantothenic Acid); Zinc oxide; Copper gluconate; Sodium selenate; Anti-caking agents: Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, at full stomach. For optimal action, we recommend two treatment cycles per year lasting 3 months (in autumn and spring).

Warnings
