In a 400 mg capsule: 120 mg Gymnema (30 mg gymnemic acids) , 40 mg Carob (36 mg pinitol), 40 mg Blueberry (0.4 mg anthocyanidins), 32 mg Momordica (0.16 mg charantin), 48 mcg chromium.

Mode à of use
4 capsules a day, so ì divided: 2 capsules half an hour before lunch and 2 capsules half an hour before dinner, with plenty of water.
