Ingredients
Glycine; vitamins: B1, B2 and B6; extracts of: fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Galega Officinalis, kudzu (Pueraria lobata) and hops (humulus lupulus).

Modality à of use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day for at least 2 months.
