Lavender promotes the normal tone of the mood, relaxation and sleep in case of stress, digestive function, regular motility; gastrointestinal and the elimination of gases.

Ingredients
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis or angustifolia) top; fiorite OE

OE = Essential oil (Aetheroleum).

Modality; of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops a day of essential oil, to be diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
é; it is possible to use it externally for relaxing massages by diluting it appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops in the aroma diffusers.

2 drops on average contain 87 mg of lavender OE.
