| Buckwheat and sunflower oil bread, gluten-free specifically formulated for celiacs.< br /> Ingredients Water, mother yeast (24%) (rice flour, water), corn starch, wholemeal buckwheat flour (12.5%) , broken buckwheat (4.8%), plantago fibre, high oleic sunflower seed oil (3.2%), rice scripoppo, pea protein; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, rice flour; sea salt, invert sugar syrup, citrus fibre, brewer's yeast; emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids. Storage Keep in cool, dry place (18-25 °C, approximately 50-60% RH), avoiding strong temperature variations and extreme relative humidity conditions. Keep the product in its original packaging, store in a dry place away from heat sources. The product is packaged in a protective atmosphere and is not treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator, in a closed bag, and consume within 3 days. Format 300 g. |
