Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, Dioscorea ( Dioscoreaopposita Thum. ) rhizome dry extract titrated to 20% diosgenin, Soy ( Glycine max. (L) Merr. ) dry extract seeds titrated to 40% isoflavones, Chaste tree ( Vitex agnus-castus L. ) fruits dry extract, stabilizers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Mode; of use
Swallow one tablet with a glass of water, twice a day, before main meals.
