| Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement, based on Quatrefolic (folic acid), EPA, DHA and with lactoferrin and vitamin C. Folic acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy . The intake of DHA by the mother contributes to the physiological development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and in breast-fed infants. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
