Powder : Cumin ( Cuminum cyminum L .) Fructus, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) Rhizoma, Fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill .) Fructus, Tinnevelly's senna ( Cassia angustifolia Vahl ) folium, Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula Retz .) fructus; salt.

Mode; of use
500 mg of powder (½ teaspoon) twice a day after meals with lassi or hot water.
