Mode; of use
Swallow the capsules as they are with 1-2 glasses of water or dissolve the contents in water, preferably one hour before meals.
The beneficial effect for cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan (4 capsules twice a day).
The beneficial effect for weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (2 capsules 3 times a day), in the context of a low-calorie diet.
