Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flowers), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare, fruits), anise (Pimpinella anisum, fruits), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root), cumin (Carum caraway, fruit), coriander (Coriandrum sativum, fruit), melatonin.

Mode; of use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Put 1 filter bag in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. For a correct use of the product it is advisable to consult a doctor.
