Cryo Warts Treatment

Dermovitamina È a preparation indicated for the cryotherapy treatment of warts of hands and feet and papules from molluscum contagiosum.
Before using the preparation È It is important to understand whether a wart or a wart-like growth called molluscum contagiosum papule should be treated. In fact, each type of growth requires specific treatment.

-Warts: usually appear as hard and rough growths, and have a "cauliflower" appearance. They usually appear in the feet with a hard outer edge and blackheads in the center, and are placed on the sole of the foot, the base of the heel, or the toes.
Warts can cause pain and discomfort, and above all they are aesthetically unpleasant and have a tendency to recur, it is therefore advisable to treat them as much as possible; as quickly as possible.
The cryogenic liquid is sprayed directly on the growth, the wart so Ì is completely enclosed and frozen up to its most Ù internal. The freezing process causes the wart to fall off 10-14 days after the treatment, leaving the new skin healthy.

-Molluscum contagiosum papules are pink, white or pearly and have a hemispherical shape. Usually spread on the skin they appear as beautiful bubbles, in fact they are full of liquid and have a small umbilication in the center. They usually appear in groups on the back, in the armpit, in the crook of the elbow, on the arm, on the thigh, in the back of the knees and on the buttocks.
The papules are treated with moderate frostbite, which causes them to dry up and disappear more Ù quickly.

Mode À of use
The method of use of the preparation changes according to the growth to be treated.

-Warts: proceed with the treatment keeping the wart facing towards the high, so Ì that it is possible to place them on the applicator (with the tip pointing downwards).

1- Place the tip on the wart, making sure that the edges of the opening of the plastic cap adhere perfectly to the skin.
2- Press the can firmly with your thumb 3-5 consecutive times according to the size of the growth (small wart (max. 3 mm) 3 times, medium wart (max. 3-5 mm) 4 times, large wart (6 mm and above) 5 times) to release cryogenic liquid. Then keep the applicator over the wart for at least 10 seconds and then lift it onto the wart itself.
3-Remove the applicator from the wart. It is possible to feel a sensation of mild pain or tingling, which will disappear; gradually.

In most cases it is; just one treatment is enough. If the wart doesn't go away within two weeks, treatment can be repeated.
- Molluscum contagiosum papules: proceed by treating only one papule and wait one day before treating the next in order to assess the body's response to the treatment. It is recommended to treat a maximum of two papules at a time and wait one day before treating a maximum of two other papules.
In case you decide to treat two or more Ù papules at a time, it is recommended to wait 1 minute between treatments, so that the applicator can reach room temperature again.
Proceed with the treatment keeping the papule facing upwards, so that it is possible to place them on the applicator (with the tip pointing downwards).

1- Place the tip on the papule, making sure that the edges of the opening of the plastic cap adhere perfectly to the skin.
2- Press the can firmly with your thumb 3 consecutive times to release the cryogenic liquid.
Then keep the applicator over the wart for at least 5 seconds and then lift it on the papule itself.
3-Remove the applicator from the papule.
