Indications
Fluoride supplement that allows the child to have his daily fluoride dosage. Prevention of caries from birth to adolescence.

Dosage and method of use
From 3 & deg; month of pregnancy 1 mg per day;
from 0 to 6 months 0.25 mg per day;
from 6 months to 3 years 0.25 mg per day;
from 3 to 6 years 0.50 mg per day.

Characteristics
The constant presence of adequate concentrations of fluoride in the oral cavity significantly reduces the risk of tooth decay.

Properties
The main mechanisms of action of fluoride are: crystalline structure of the enamel with the formation of fluoroapatite, favor the remineralization of the demineralized enamel and an antimicrobial effect, especially on Streptococcus mutans, decreasing its capacity; adhesion to oral tissues and multiplication times.
