Shake the bottle before each use. Dilute the recommended daily dose of 30 ml in a liter of water and drink throughout the day. Or dilute 10 ml in a glass of water (150 ml) before breakfast, 10 ml always diluted after lunch and 10 ml after dinner. It is recommended to wash the measuring cup after each use.
