Decapan 20 Ointment

Ointment keratolytic containing 20% salicylic acid. L & rsquo; salicylic acid È a fat-soluble substance that mixes with the lipids of the stratum corneum and the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles and is; able to remove them. L & rsquo; salicylic acid È it is also able to alter the desmosomes (intercellular junctions of the corneocytes), reducing cell cohesion and causing an exfoliating effect. It therefore has properties; keratolytic and comedolytic. Furthermore, thanks to its capacity; to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, È equipped with property; anti-inflammatory.
