Coxarthrum Intra-articular Disposable Syringe 

Indications
To restore the hip joint space, reduce pain and restore mobility; of the joint by reconstituting the viscoelasticity; of pathological synovial fluid in arthritic joints.
- Primary coxarthrosis (whatever the radiological stage);
- Coxarthrosis and associated general factors:
• ineffectiveness of usual treatments;
• intolerance and/or contraindications to the use of AINS and/or painkillers;
• polymedication (arterial hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal problems);
• contraindications to the implantation of a prosthesis (young subject and various contraindications related to the patient's condition.
- Coxarthrosis at the initial stage in the young subject (radiological stages I and II).
- Coxarthrosis resulting from trauma: < br />• sequelae of joint fractures;
• arthroscopy and injection of COXARTHRUM after intra-articular lavage.

How to use
Only one intra-articular injection.
It is possible to repeat the treatment once in the second or third month after the first injection if the pain returns to its initial stage.

Characteristics
Implantable viscoelastic device whose active ingredient is sodium hyaluronate, a natural derivative of hyaluronic acid, obtained with the technique of genetic genius, with a high molecular weight (2,400,000 daltons). and at high concentration (25mg/ml).
The high molecular weight combined with the high concentration of hyaluronic acid it is an essential factor of efficacy in the symptomatic treatment of hip arthrosis.
It does not contain any protein of animal origin and is not cross-linked with a chemical process, thus removing the any risk of allergy and cytotoxicity is potential, and guarantees perfect tolerance and safety of use.

Warnings
Do not use quaternary ammonium (Benzalkonium chloride) for skin disinfection at the time of intra-articular injection.

Contraindications

Do not administer if the patient has a hypersensitivity to; known to sodium hyaluronate.
