Properties
HMB (Calcium Hydroxymethylbutyrate): amino acid derived from the breakdown of leucine has anti-catabolic functions. Contributes to the increase in lean mass, stimulates tissue repair.
Phosphatidylserine reduces the feeling of fatigue, keeps testosterone levels high during training. Reduces cortisol in the blood by 20%. Promotes protein synthesis in muscles and liver by supporting muscle regeneration processes.
Phosphatidylcholine: promotes the production of energy for the cell by conveying fatty acids to the sites designated for their metabolic use.
Cortisol is a steroid hormone called "stress hormone" because it increases in situations of psychophysical stress. It plays a fundamental role in the body and can cause imbalances if the values are too high or too low. The synergistic action of phosphatidylserine and HMB helps to lower and control cortisol levels.
