How to use
After opening the bag, apply the first bandage starting from the ankle of the right leg, going up to the abdomen. Then move to the left leg and apply the second bandage starting from the ankle, moving up to the abdomen. Leave on for approximately 20-30 minutes. Remove bandages and blot excess fluid with absorbent paper. Proceed by massaging the remaining product.
