These Compeed® patches are specially designed for very painful blisters, such as those caused from high intensity activity.

How to use
Clean and dry the skin before use, make sure there are no oils or creams on the bladder.
  Remove the paper underneath and avoid touching the sticky side.
  Apply the patch well over the blister and make sure the edges adhere well to the skin.
  Leave the patch in place until until it begins to peel off (it can remain in place for several days).
  To remove the blister patch, do not pull it upwards but slowly peel it along the skin.
