Food supplement based on griffonia, passionflower, hops, lemon balm, linden, California poppy, magnolia, common hawthorn.
The dry extracts of California poppy, linden and hops are useful for promoting relaxation (sleep ; in case of stress) while the extracts of griffonia, passionflower, lemon balm and hawthorn, in addition to contributing to relaxation, also promote mental well-being.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. seeds] dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop., flowers) dry extract titrated at 1% in rutin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) dry extract titrated at 0, 35% in protopine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, bark) dry extract titrated at 2% in honokiol, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Auct., flowers and leaves) dry extract titrated at 3% in vitexin, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L ., flowering aerial part) dry extract titrated at 4% in vitexin, hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobili) dry extract titrated at 0.4% in rutin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., flowers) dry extract titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
