Mode; of use
The recommended dosage 1 teaspoon; (about 2.5 g) 2 times per ’ to be taken preferably after main meals in a little warm water.

Ingredients
Psyllium (plantago psyllium) seeds powder; flax (linum usitatissimum) seeds powder; agar-agar (gelidium armansii) algae powder; green anise (pimpinella anisum) fruit powder; fennel (foeniculum vulgare) seeds powder; ginger (zingiber officinalis) rhizome powder; licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) root powder.
Contraindications:   In case of hypersensitivity; ascertained towards one of the components. Overdoses could lead to minor gastrointestinal disturbances.

Warnings
The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
