From Collistar Clean Research®, IMPECCABLE Base Mascara is born, the first mascara base in totally recyclable packaging, which allows you to obtain a boost of volume, length and definition. Its hydrating formula, enriched with the precious Italian and sustainable chestnut extract, has a progressive strengthening action. The special milk-mint texture, soft and buildable, enhances the results of the strengthening serum, giving an even more defined and long-lasting make-up effect.
To guarantee maximum effectiveness, the combination of the formula with the innovative latest generation elastomer applicator, which allows you to coat all the lashes, even the shortest, from the first step, picking up and releasing the optimal quantity of product on the lashes.
Without silicones, phenoxyethanol and acrylic polymers, the formula Impeccabile Base Mascara is vegan friendly. Enriched with a mix of vegetable waxes (carnauba, sunflower, myrtle, rice, rose) and a chestnut extract - coming from certified organic farming in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines - it acts on the surface of the eyelashes, wrapping them with a film that hydrates them and protects them, preserving their health.
The inclusion of the special Myrothamnus flabellifolius extract, known as the resurrection plant, improves the anchoring of the eyelashes to the hair bulb and nourishes them, promoting their growth and density.

How to use
strong>Impeccabile Base Mascara should be applied to the eyelashes just before the mascara: simply apply it starting from the base, and then continue towards the tips with zig-zag movements. Once the application is finished, you can immediately apply the mascara.
