Composition
Cyanocobalamin 5000 mcg; Mannitol; Cornstarch; Microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Citric acid; Silicon dioxide.

How to use
Place 1 tablet of Cobaxil B12® five thousand 5000 mcg under the tongue and wait until completely absorbed (about 30 seconds ). Do not swallow. Take 1 sublingual tablet per week or as directed by the doctor.
