CoaguChek XS PT Test strips are used to determine blood clotting  (INR-/% Quick values) with the CoaguChek XS and CoaguChek XS Plus meters.
Only a small amount of blood and the time needed for the coagulation test the measurement is only 60 seconds approximately.
This makes the CoaguChek XS PT Test particularly easy to use.
The CoaguChek Test is optionally available in a pack of 24 or 48 test strips. In addition, a code chip is included in each pack.

Before the measurement, each CoaguChek XS PT test strip is subjected to a  quality control capable of identifying any malfunctions, due for example to the presence of humidity.
This ensures correctly determined measurement results with the CoaguChek device and thus offers a high degree of confidence  for the user.
