Indications
Useful in case of poor introduction with the diet or deficiency or increased need for part of the body. There are some cases, in which the magnesium deficiency can ò be attributed to particular conditions in which the dietary intake alone is not egrave; sufficient:
- stressful situations
- intense sports training,
- advancing age,
- pregnancy or breastfeeding,
- surgical operations,
- alcoholism,
- the use of drugs that reduce renal absorption such as diuretics,
- defects in intestinal absorption such as diarrhea or steatorrhea (fatty stools).
Magnesium è of help in premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea and menopause.

Dosage and method of use
Dissolve 1.5 g (one teaspoon) in half a glass of water.

Magnesium carbonate; citric acid.
