Cibiesse
Food supplement based on psyllium and melatonin.
Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk) seed cuticle (contains mustard); bulking agent: sorbitol; aroma, maltodextrin; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides; melatonin.
May; contain traces of peanuts, lupins, soy, celery, sesame and their derivative products.
Gluten and lactose free.
Nutritional characteristics
Mode; of use
Take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (about 200 ml), mix well and immediately take the solution obtained. After taking it is recommended to drink an additional glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a cool and dry place.
