Chrono Sleep Equilibra is a food supplement based on Melatonin and plant extracts.

Ingredients

Leaves eg tit. 2% rosmarinic acids, Linden (Tilia platyphyllos   Scop.) Flowers eg tit. 1% flavonoids such as rutin, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis   L.) Root es tit. 0,8% valerenic acid, L-Tryptophan, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia   (DC.) Baill.) Seeds es tit. 20% L-5-hydroxytryptophan (L-5-HTP), Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, Spirulina powder (trehalose *, Spirulina platensis concentrate (Gomont) Geitler, stabilizer: trisodium citrate) , Dyes: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to be swallowed with a large glass of water 1 hour before bedtime.
