An excellent alternative to coffee; traditional based on chicory root, naturally without caffeine, to be enjoyed at any time of the day, especially after lunch and breakfast. Roasted and ground chicory can be done; prepare both in the moka pot and in the infusion for a few minutes and then filter everything. Product suitable for vegans.
