Herbamea Infusion Of Chamomile

Infusion based on chamomile flowers, with known relaxing properties.
Ideal in every time of day.

Ingredients
Organic chamomile sifted flowers (Matricaria recutita L.) 100%.

How to use
For p prepare an excellent chamomile tea pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), put a filter bag and let it rest for 5-8 minutes; cover the container so as not to disperse the more volatile substances.
Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the spoon. Use one sachet per cup. The infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
