Water, rice-based sourdough starter 19.3% (rice flour, water), corn starch, rice flour 6.8%, vegetable fibers (psyllium), hulled buckwheat flour 2.8%, wheat oil high oleic sunflower seeds 2.5% rice syrup, pea protein isolate; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt, citrus fibres, dehydrated yeast, hulled millet flour, natural flavouring; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

May contain eggs, soy, milk, mustard and sesame.
