Description
Cationorm PRO È a sterile, preservative-free ophthalmic emulsion. Cationorm PRO contains: medium chain triglycerides, glycerol, tiloxapol, poloxamer 188, cetalkonium chloride, sodium hydroxide and water for injections. Each single-dose container of Cationorm PRO contains 0.4 ml of sterile emulsion. Cationorm PRO È indicated in the treatment of dry eye symptoms. Promotes hydration, lubrication and protection of the ocular surface. É recommended for the relief of dry eye symptoms, characterized by tingling, itching or burning in the eyes or a sensation of a foreign body (sand, dust, etc.). These symptoms can be caused by external factors such as air conditioning, pollution, air travel, display work, eye surgery, refractive surgery, contact lenses, etc. or from diseases such as blepharitis or meibomian gland dysfunction.

Modality À of use
Ophthalmic use. The recommended dose is one drop in each affected eye, 1 to 4 times a day. Instructions for use: - wash your hands;
- carefully open the aluminum bag containing five single-dose containers;
- take a single-dose container from the aluminum bag and keep the one (s) closed inside bag;
-gently shake the single-dose container before use;
-unscrew the upper part of the single-dose container;
-tilt the head backwards;
-gently lower the lower lid and look upwards;
- hold the single-dose container above the eye and press lightly so as to instill a drop in the eye, open and close the eyes more Ù times. ;
- Do not touch the eye or eyelashes with the tip of the single-dose container.
The single-dose container should be used immediately after opening and discarded after use. The reuse of a single-dose container already open exposes you to the risk of infection.

Warnings
Do not use Cationorm PRO if È allergic to one of the components of the product. This product is not; intended for the treatment of other eye conditions. For more information, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If you use concomitant other eye drops, you should wait at least 5 minutes between administrations of each subsequent eye drop. It is recommended to use Cationorm PRO last. Compatible with all types of contact lenses. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use if the single-dose containers are damaged.
Possible undesirable effects : in very rare cases it may; experience a temporary sensation of ocular discomfort such as: eye irritation, eye pain, eye redness, shiny eyes, eye discharge, temporarily blurred vision, inflammation of the eyelids or edema of the eyelids. These symptoms are part of the typical manifestations of dry eye syndrome associated with pre-existing related medical conditions present in patients with dry eye. If you get any side effects not listed in this leaflet, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage
Keep the single-dose containers in the pouch, inside the outer packaging, below 30 & deg; C.
After opening the aluminum bags, the single-dose containers must be kept in the bags in order to protect them from light and avoid evaporation.
Open single-dose containers containing residual emulsion must be discarded immediately after use. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the package.
Validity À unopened: 36 months.
