Catidral Plus 12 Sachets

Catidral Plus is a medical device useful to counteract acute and chronic diarrhea and the painful symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases and in the prophylaxis of diarrhea caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Contains:
-diosmectite , a natural clay that gives a high adsorbent power such as to make it capable of incorporating the liquids present in the intestinal lumen;
-electrolytes, which favor the restoration of the hydro-saline balance, reducing the risk of dehydration.

Ingredients
One sachet of powder contains diosmectite 3.00 g, sodium chloride 0.263 g, potassium chloride 0.0373 g, anhydrous tripotassium citrate 0.162 g, trisodium citrate 0.147 g, glucose ( anhydrous dextrose) 1.982 g. Excipients: partially hydrolysed guar gum, vanillin, sodium saccharin, silicon dioxide, cream flavouring, vanilla flavouring; colouring: beta-carotene.

How to take
For the first three days:
-children aged 2 years and over: up to 4 sachets per day;
-adults: up to 6 sachets per day.
Then continue with a halved dosage until the diarrhea is completely resolved.
It is recommended to dissolve the contents in 100ml of water and take away from meals.

Warnings
The high adsorbent power of diosmectite can interfere with the gastrointestinal absorption of some drugs administered orally, therefore any other oral therapies they must be taken remotely from Catidral plus. Consult your doctor strictly in case of concomitant therapies.
Do not administer to subjects suffering from chronic constipation or constipation.
In case of administration to diabetic subjects or subjects subjected to particular diets, take into account that Catidral plus contains sugars .
If you are taking medications, consult your doctor before using the product.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking the product.
Keep out of reach of children .

Storage
Store at temperatures between 0° and 40° C
Avoid exposure to direct sources of light and heat
