How to use
Before exposure to the sun, apply generously to the face and/or body (for example, 1 finger of product on the face and neck). Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or drying. 

Precautions
Do not expose yourself to the sun for too long, even if you use a solar product. Too long exposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure to the sun between 11am and 4pm.
