Mellin Polilat 1

Mellin Polilat 1 is a food for special medical purposes for the infant's diet in case of cow's milk protein allergy. Mellin Polilat 1 is based on extensively hydrolyzed whey proteins. Contains an exclusive blend of GOS / FOS (0.8 g / 100 ml), LC-PUFA (long-lasting polyunsaturated fatty acids tena) and nucleotides.
Indicated from birth to the sixth month.

Mode of use
Pri but of the preparation, wash your hands and sterilize the bottle, teat and ring nut.
Boil the necessary amount of water and pour it into the bottle at a temperature of at least 70 ° C.
To obtain a well leveled measuring cup after filling it, discard excess powder using a well-washed kitchen knife.
Add the level scoops of powder following the directions in the average power table. Close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the powder.
Cool the bottle by putting it under running water, so that the milk reaches a temperature of about 40Â ° C.
Before giving it to the infant, check the temperature on the wrist.

The table is indicative, the dosage can be modified according to the opinion of the pediatrician, according to the needs of the infant. The reconstitution of Mellin Polilat 1 is 13.6% and is obtained by adding a level measuring spoon of powder (approximately 4.5 g) every 30 ml of water.

Warnings
Mellin Polilat 1 can be used only under the supervision of the pediatrician. The product is suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition in the first six months of life. The product must not be used parenterally.
It is recommended to prepare the milk only at the time of the meal and to consume it within half an hour.
Do not heat or boil the milk once it has been prepared.
Do not reuse any leftover milk.
Use only the measuring cup contained in the package.
Important: breast milk is the ideal food for the infant and should be favored and used as long as possible.
The product it must not be used as a substitute for breast milk in the first six months of life and is intended as part of a diversified diet. The beginning of weaning must only take place following the instructions of the pediatrician.
Follow the instructions carefully. An inadequate preparation and method of use could pose a risk to the health of the infant.
