How to use
Apply generously and evenly before sun exposure.
By decreasing the quantity the level of protection is significantly reduced.
Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or drying with a towel.

Avoid l exposure to the sun in the central hours of the day and avoid staying too long in the sun even with protection.
