How to use
Ziggy Cup 2 is equipped with a raised tab to help you:
Remove it without problems: clip the tip of the finger under the tab and gently pull the cup out.
Orient the cup: the tab is at the front of the cup, which means it must be away from the cervix and pubic bone.

Squeeze
Use your thumb and forefinger to squeeze the sides of the edge together to form an 8.

Insert
Insert the back edge of the cup first (the one without the tab) and use your finger index finger to push it. Point the cup towards your back and slightly down so that the edge goes beyond the cervix.

Positioning
Push the front edge (the one with the tab) behind the pubic bone to properly place the cup around the cervix and collect the flow.

Removal
Insert your finger and hook the tab to remove the cup. Pull it out gently, keeping it horizontally to avoid leaks.
