How to use
Infuse 1 filter in 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml) and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes (better if covered). 1-2 filters per day are recommended.
1 Filter x1 cup. Infusion 5 minutes. Also excellent to be served cold!

Stapf ) 20%, Nettle leaves (Urtica dioica   L.,   Urtica urens   L.) 13%, Burdock root (Arctium lappa   L.,   Arctium tomentosumMill.) 12%, Birch leaves (Betula pendula   Roth. ,   Betula pubescens   Ehrh.) 12%, Chicory root (Cichorium intybus   L.) 10%, Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra   L.) 7%, Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale   (L.) Weber ex Figg. ) 5%, Aloe vera gelum sine skin (Aloe barbadensis   Mill.) Powder 1%.
