Directions for use
1 sachet per day to dissolve in a glass of water (minimum 150 ml) to drink preferably in the evening before going to sleep.

Warnings
This product should not be used if other products have been consumed on the same day foods with added 2â € ™ -fucosyllactose.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are taking warfarin.
